付云翀，男，1981年生，中共党员，博士，研究员级高级工程师。本科毕业于西北工业大学；硕士毕业于中国科学院近代物理研究所；博士毕业于中国科学院地球环境研究所。2009年进入中国科学院地球环境研究所加速器质谱中心工作至今，现为加速器质谱技术与年代学平台技术负责人。主要从事放射性同位素分析及应用，基于加速器质谱（AMS）关键技术研发，环境放射性核素为评估和示踪手段，应用于环境科学、第四纪地质学、考古学等领域。近年研发7Be-10Be-AMS分析新技术，实现平流层入侵事件示踪；率团队成功研制快速在线14CO2分析设备；负责建立AMS分析新技术与新方法，新增Xi’an-AMS可分析核素种类（7Be、41Ca等）与范围（微量碳），拓展AMS应用领域。先后发表学术论文60余篇（SCI收录50余篇），授权专利20余项，主持国家自然基金项目、中国科学院科研仪器设备研制项目、战略先导B类子课题等10余项科技项目。
