晏宏,男,研究员,博士生导师;国家杰出青年基金、优秀青年基金获得者;西安交通大学双聘教授。
1986年生于湖南岳阳,2008年和2012年毕业于中国科学技术大学,分别获得学士和博士学位;2012年11月以“青年百人计划”加入地球环境研究所工作,任职副研究员;2015年4月破格晋升研究员。2015年获“国家优秀青年基金”资助;2020年获“国家杰出青年基金”资助。2016年-2024年任黄土与第四纪地质国家重点实验室副主任;2021年4月起担任中国科学院地球环境研究所副所长;2024年起任黄土科学全国重点实验室(筹)主任。
现(曾)任青促会地学分会会长(2016-2018)、青年地学论坛理事长(2016-至今)、中国科学院青促会理事及副理事长(2017-2021)、中国矿物岩石地球化学学会副秘书长(2021-至今)、Npj Climate And Atmospheric Science副编等职务。
主要从事环境地球化学与古气候古天气学研究;在砗磲高分辨率古气候研究、热带水文气候变化动力学、古天气研究新方向开拓、古气候集成模拟同化等领域取得多项进展。共发表论著120余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文50余篇,包括第一作者Nature子刊和PNAS研究论文4篇,以及第一/通讯作者专业主流SCI期刊文章多篇。被Nature China、BBC、Asian Scientist、Daily Caller、WUWT、中国国际电视台(CGTN)等国内外科学媒体多次报道,其中与CGTN合作拍摄的砗磲研究短片获2019年“亚洲电视奖-最佳新闻报道奖”。获“中国科学院院长特别奖”、“陕西省青年科技奖”、“刘东生杰出青年奖”、“中国科学院青年五四奖章”、“中国科学院青年科学家奖”、“陈嘉庚青年科学奖”等荣誉,入选国家高层次人才特支计划、优青、国家杰青等人才计划。

主要从事环境地球化学与古气候古天气学研究,利用亚洲-西太平洋-澳大利亚热带-亚热带地区的湖泊沉积、海洋沉积、砗磲、珊瑚、蜗牛等载体,研究多尺度气候变化过程及动力学机制,包括多尺度亚洲-澳大利亚季风及ITCZ演化、全新世ENSO变率及动力机制、末次冰期以来快速气候变化、全新世气候的年际-季节震荡、超高分辨率古天气研究、古气候集成模拟同化技术等。
